Prehistoric cats were diverse and included many extinct species that lived long before modern cats. The first feline-like mammal, Proailurus, evolved around 30 million years ago and is believed to be the ancestor of all true cat species. Most prehistoric cats, including the famous saber-toothed cats, became extinct around the end of the last Ice Age, likely due to climate change, changes in prey abundance, and competition with other large predators, including early humans.

This website is our special place to share our adventures, drawings, and ideas with our friends and family. From the swimming pool to the art table, we're always up to something fun. And our fluffy cat Daisy is usually nearby, watching (or napping!).

What Addy is Learning
This week, I learned all about the planets in our solar system! My favourite is Neptune because it's a beautiful blue colour. I also learned how to draw a horse. It's tricky, but I'm getting better at the legs!
What Boo is Learning
I'm learning all my letters! My favourite letter is 'B' for Boo. We made caterpillars out of egg cartons in class, and mine had sparkly googly eyes. It was so much fun to paint!
Climate Action Crew
We love our planet! Being part of the Climate Action Crew means we do small things every day to make a big difference.
Recycle Power!
We make sure all our paper, plastic bottles, and cans go into the right bin so they can be turned into something new.
Water Savers
We always turn off the tap when we brush our teeth. Saving water is super important for all the fish and animals!
Light Switch Heroes
When we leave a room, we always switch off the lights to save electricity. It’s like a secret mission!
